These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by Stone & Sage (“the Seller”) with consumers and non-professional buyers (“the Customers” or “the Customer”) wishing to purchase the products offered for sale by the Seller (“the Products”) on the website Stone & Sage.
These Terms and Conditions specify in particular the conditions for ordering, payment, delivery, and the management of any returns of Products ordered by Customers.
These General Terms and Conditions may be supplemented by specific conditions stated on the website prior to any transaction with the Customer.
These Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of all other conditions, particularly those applicable to in-store sales or sales through other distribution and marketing channels.
They are accessible at any time on the website Stone & Sage and shall prevail, where applicable, over any other version or conflicting document.
As these Terms and Conditions may be modified subsequently, the version applicable to the Customer’s purchase is the one in force on the website at the time the order is placed.
The products offered for sale on the website Stone & Sage are mats pilates with some equipment to practice Pilate.
The main characteristics of the Products, including specifications, illustrations, and indications of dimensions or capacity, are presented on the website Stone & Sage.
The Customer is required to review them before placing any order. The choice and purchase of a Product are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
The photographs and graphic representations presented on the websiteStone & Sage are non-contractual and shall not engage the Seller’s liability.
The Customer must refer to the description of each Product in order to know its essential properties and characteristics, delivery times, and, in the event of continuous or periodic delivery of goods, the minimum contract duration proposed.
Contractual information is presented in English and confirmed at the latest upon validation of the order by the Customer.
Product offers are valid within the limits of available stock, as specified at the time the order is placed.

Validation of the order by the Customer constitutes unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
The Customer acknowledges having the legal capacity required to contract and purchase the Products offered on the website Stone & Sage.
It is the Customer’s responsibility to select on the website Stone & Sage the Products they wish to order according to the following procedures:
The Customer may review the details of their order, its total price, and correct any possible errors before confirming acceptance. It is the Customer’s responsibility to verify the accuracy of the order and immediately report or correct any errors.
An order is registered on the website Stone & Sage when the Customer accepts these General Terms and Conditions by checking the appropriate box and validates the order. This validation implies acceptance of all these General Terms and Conditions and the website’s Terms of Use.
The sale shall only be considered final after the Seller sends the Customer an order confirmation email and after receipt by the Seller of the full payment for the order.
Any order placed, confirmed by the Customer, and accepted by the Seller under the conditions described above constitutes the formation of a distance contract between the Customer and the Seller.
Unless proven otherwise, the data recorded in the Seller’s computer system constitutes proof of all transactions concluded with the Customer.
The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is an existing dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.
The Customer may track the progress of their order on the website Stone & Sage under the “Order Tracking” section.
The Seller does not intend to sell the Products offered on the website Stone & Sage to professionals, but only to consumers or non-professionals for personal use. The Seller therefore reserves the right to refuse orders for large quantities of the same Product exceeding 9 items.
Any request by the Customer to modify an order can only be considered by the Seller if the order has not yet been processed and shipped.
If such modifications cannot be accepted, any sums paid by the Customer will be refunded within a maximum of 30 business days from notification of the impossibility of accepting the requested modifications, unless the Customer prefers store credit or an exchange.
Any order confirmed and paid for by the Customer cannot be cancelled once logistical processing has begun.
Before shipment, the Customer may request cancellation by contacting customer service. If the order has not yet been shipped, cancellation may be accepted free of charge.
After shipment, the order can no longer be cancelled and the Customer must exercise their right of withdrawal under the conditions provided in the relevant article.
Products are supplied at the prices in force appearing on the website Stone & Sage at the time the order is registered by the Seller.
Prices are expressed in US dollar, including all taxes.
Prices include any discounts granted by the Seller on the website.
These prices are firm and non-revisable during their validity period. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time outside this validity period.
Prices include processing, shipping, transport, and delivery costs.
The amount invoiced to the Customer corresponds to the total purchase amount including these fees.
The price is payable in full in cash on the day the order is placed by the Customer via secure payment methods including:
Payment by credit card is irrevocable except in the event of fraudulent use of the card. In such a case, the Customer may request cancellation of the payment and reimbursement of the corresponding amounts.
The Products ordered by the Customer are delivered within the United States.
Delivery time corresponds to the shipping timeframe indicated on the Product page, plus processing and transport times.
Products are generally delivered within 3 to 7 business days to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the order.
These delivery times may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances beyond the Seller’s control (logistical delays, customs, carriers, peak periods).
Delivery is constituted by the transfer to the Customer of physical possession or control of the Product.
Unless otherwise indicated or in the event of unavailability of one or more Products, ordered Products are delivered in a single shipment.
The Seller undertakes to use its best efforts to deliver the Products ordered within the timeframes specified above. However, these timeframes are provided for informational purposes only.
If the Products ordered have not been delivered within 30 days after the indicative delivery date for any reason other than force majeure or the Customer’s fault, the sale may be cancelled at the written request of the Customer.
The Seller bears transport risks and is required to reimburse the Customer in the event of damage occurring during transport.
Ownership of the Products shall transfer from the Seller to the Customer only after full payment of the price, regardless of the delivery date.
Regardless of the transfer of ownership date, the transfer of risks of loss and deterioration shall only occur when the Customer physically takes possession of the Products.
In accordance with applicable legislation, the Customer has a withdrawal period of 30 business days from receipt of the Product to exercise their right of withdrawal without having to justify their decision or pay penalties.
Products must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) allowing resale as new.
Damaged, soiled, or incomplete Products will not be accepted.
The refund will be made within 30 business days from receipt by the Seller of notification of the Customer’s decision to withdraw.
