Unroll your mat and let it rest flat for 24 hours to relax any folds from shipping. A light wipe with a damp cloth removes any surface dust before your first practice.
Daily practice
Roll out your mat on any flat surface hardwood, tile, carpet or grass. The textured anti-slip side faces up. For best grip, keep the surface clean and dry before each session.
After your practice
Wipe down with a soft damp cloth and a drop of mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol, or essential oils they can break down the foam over time. Let it air-dry fully before rolling.
Storage
Roll the mat loosely (not tightly) and secure with the included carrying strap. Store flat or upright in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and radiators.
Travel
